After a long grueling four months, David Cook wins American Idol. To many, David Cook winning American Idol appeared as a upset over David Archuleta. The only reason that I thought David Archuleta would win American Idol was from the popularity vote. It seemed that David Archuleta had the vote of the teenage girls. I knew that as long as America votes on talent that David Cook would win American Idol. I do believe David Archuleta will have a career, but I felt his voice isn’t strong enough right now to compete with David Cook on American Idol.
